Robert Allen

Robert Allen is another one of the real estate pioneers specializing in no money down approach to purchasing real estate.

Robert Allen has sponsored various seminars and workshops promoting his no money down techniques but seems 

to be focusing more now on selling information online.

Although I have not personally purchased Robert Allen's materials  there is a wealth of information around about him.

My research on Robert Allen revealed many comments from past students.

There were a few positive remarks by past students telling how they had been helped by Robert Allen. One person said that Robert Allen provided hope and that was what he/she was looking for.

Another person reported that they were doing well because of Robert Allen and he/she was able to form a real estate partnership in addition to starting an online business.

The majority of the comments I found, however,  were not very complimentary. Many people reported difficulties in getting their refunds and  several others felt they had been cheated out of thousands of dollars. 

Of course, keep in mind that there is always a small number of people who, for whatever reason, will not be happy.

On the other hand, a company's refund policy is a very important element of the sale and in my opinion, excellent companies stand behind them without making the customer jump through a lot of hoops to get their refunds.

Based upon my research I would recommend caution with regards to purchasing and perhaps visiting some of the real estate investor forums where many of Robert Allen’s customers hang out.

Of all the moneymaking opportunities I have tried, I have found this oneto be a real money maker.
